Refund/Exchange Policy

At Flirty Feathers, we want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free exchange process.

This policy applies to all products purchased through Flirty Feathers.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, and freebies (if any) must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • All exchanged items go through a quality check before approval.

Please note that products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, makeup marks, or washing will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories
  • Bodysuits / intimate wear (if applicable)

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details.

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

You can request an exchange by:

  • Logging into your account on our website using the same email ID used while placing the order, or
  • Emailing us directly at info@flirtyfeathers.com

If the order was received as a gift, the original purchaser will need to initiate the exchange request.

Return Shipping Options

Self-Shipping

You may courier the product to our registered address mentioned below. Customers are requested to pack the product securely to avoid transit damage.

Complimentary Pickup

We offer complimentary reverse pickup for select pin codes across India. Availability may vary depending on your location.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection within 5 working days.

If Approved

The refund amount will be processed within 7–10 working days to:

  • your original payment method, or
  • your Flirty Feathers Wallet (if applicable)

If Rejected

If the product does not meet our exchange eligibility criteria, the same item will be shipped back to you.

International Orders

For international orders, any exchange or return request may be subject to a restocking or handling fee of:

  • $50 USD, or
  • 20% of the product value,

whichever is lower.

This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
